Changes in style, size and photo

Once your order is placed, you accept and understand that it is a customised product that goes into production immediately and there is no room for further changes.

Address changes

If you wish to change your delivery address, please send us an email with your order number, current delivery address and the address you wish to change. We can change the address as long as your order has not yet left our company.

Damaged/unprinted items

If the product arrives damaged, we will reprint it and resend it for free. Please contact us with a photo of your item and the order number. We will reprint the item and send it to you within seven working days. If you are not satisfied with the result of your product, we offer a free reprint. Please fill in our contact form and include a photo of your item with an explanation of the problem and your order number. Returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Damaged or unprinted items can only be replaced within 3 months of your original order date. After this 3-month period, Huffli is not responsible for replacing damaged or incorrectly printed items. Please note that the design, size, colour and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, colour or image is chosen and sent to you, Huffli is not responsible for replacing these items.

Disclaimer for product images

While we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every picture in production accurately reflects the actual colour of the goods due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item's colour, material or size before purchasing.

Lost parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and make sure your order reaches you. If you don't want the package to be replaced, we have to wait 14 days before we can refund the order in case the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will contact you regularly during these two weeks to track the progress of your order and keep you updated.

Cancellations/Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing the order, as our production time is 1 day. You will receive your money back for cancellations within the specified period. As your personalised products are unique and made especially for you, the customisation fee of €9 per item is included in your purchase. If you cancel your order more than 3 hours after purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the €9 customisation fee. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, please email support@huffli.com to discuss your concerns with our customer service team and find a satisfactory solution.
